How to use the body oil
- If desired, take a warm bath first using bath salts or bath tea to soften your skin and help it absorb the body oil more deeply.
- Set your intention for this moment. For example: I nourish my skin with this oil and allow love to rise and soften every part of me.
- Place a few drops of the oil in the palm of your hand and gently massage it onto your skin.
- Warm a few drops in your hands, cup them over your nose, and take deep breaths to take in its enhanced relaxation.
