How to use the body oil

  • Apply the oil after a warm bath or before bedtime to relax your body and mind. If desired, take a warm bath first using bath salts or bath tea to soften your skin and help it absorb the body oil more deeply.
  • Gently massage the oil onto the skin, focus on the lower abdomen and lower back to relieve cramps.
  • Really focus on your body while you apply the oil, use gentle strokes with intention.
  • Warm a few drops in your hands, cup them over your nose, and take deep breaths to enhance relaxation.

The body oil is for external use only. Do not ingest or apply it to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Keep away from eyes and mouth. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
